Wanted man turns himself in
James San Nicolas Palacios turned himself into the Agat Precinct Command this morning. On Wednesday the Guam Police Department changed his status as a missing person to a "wanted" individual.

On Wednesday the Guam Police Department changed his status as a missing person to a "wanted" individual. Palacios had been missing since September 10th around the same time a criminal sexual conduct complaint was filed against him. According to GPD Spokesperson Officer AJ Balajadia, Palacios is now in the custody of investigators from GPD's Criminal Investigation Section. They are now interviewing him as part of the ongoing criminal sexual conduct complaint investigation.
