Man gets 51 months in prison for crystal meth
by Mindy Aguon
Guam - After admitting to possessing more than 125 grams of crystal methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, Chris Rehebong was sentenced to four years and three months behind bars. During a sentencing hearing in the District Court of Guam, the government sought a lesser sentence for Rehebong's for his cooperation and his acceptance of responsibility for the crime he committed.
The extent of his cooperation, however, was not made public.
Upon release from the Bureau of Prisons facility, Rehebong will be placed on supervised release for five years. He was ordered to self surrender to U.S. Marshals when a facility is selected for him to fulfill his sentence.
