Guam - 51-year-old David Salas was in court today for his arraignment but due to a conflict with his public defender, the hearing was rescheduled to next Wednesday, by then he should have new representation. Salas was arrested last month after he allegedly asked a woman if she wanted to be rich and that he could hire someone to kill her husband.

The death would be made to look like an accident so that she could cash in on his insurance policy and Salas could get a cut. When he was arrested he told police he really didn't plan to go through with it.
