Murder suspect pleads not guilty

Guam - Vimson Jay Menisio pleaded not guilty and waived his rights to a speedy trial in court today. He is one of the three suspects accused in the triple homicide that occurred on the weekend of 9/11 in Harmon and Dededo. Menisio faces two counts of aggravated murder as a first degree felony and rioting.
His criminal trial setting is scheduled for November 1. As for his co-defendants Benny Robert and Osupwang Muritok they too pleaded not guilty. The murders were believed to be gang-related.
