Guam - 43-year-old James San Nicolas Palacios is now a wanted man. Although police initially reported his case as a missing persons report, the status has since been changed. Palacios was last seen on September 10 right around the time he was identified as a suspect in a criminal sexual conduct case.

Palacios is to be considered dangerous. He's served time in prison for two separate cases of criminal sexual conduct and is believed to be avoiding authorities. He's described as standing 5'4", has a light complexion, weighs about 159 pounds and has a tattoo of praying hands with a rosary on the left side of his neck.

If you've seen him or know of his whereabouts you're urged to call GPD immediately or Guam Crime Stoppers at 477-HELP (4357). Also, be warned: if you are helping Palacios you will be arrested and charged.
