Man attacked with slingshot

Guam – A 27 year old man is behind bars after he allegedly assaulted a male individual with a slingshot. According to the magistrate's complaint, the victim was sleeping in an uncovered patio, and woke up in pain. The victim told police Cassidy Bossy allegedly shot him four times, adding that this is the second incident where Bossy shot him with a slingshot. Court documents state the victim suffered abrasions on his back, arms and chest. Police confiscated a metal rod and a silver marble type ball from Bossy, and booked and confined him on two separate charges of aggravated assault with a special allegation of possession and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.
