Guam - Guam Customs and Quarantine Agency spokesperson Lieutenant Ferdinand Soriano confirms they are launching an internal affairs investigation into an altercation between two of its officers. "Possibilities if it goes through adverse action could be suspension, demotion or he would be released. It's an ongoing thing," he said.

Customs Officer 29-Year-Old Peter Quintanilla is accused of confronting a fellow officer at Ralphy's Lounge about something he allegedly said to his girlfriend. Quintanilla is accused of punching his co-worker in the head causing him to fall on the ground. He's then accused of kicking him several times in the face.

Quintanilla was arrested and charged with 2 counts of assault as a misdemeanor.
