Guam - Guam Police criminal investigators are conducting a death investigation into the death of a 2-year-old boy. GPD Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says Hagatna Precinct officers responded to a reported injured person at the Yona Fire Station on September 26th.
He says the toddler was reported to be unconscious and non-responsive and was rushed to naval hospital where he later died. Police believe the 2-year-old who was outside playing got into a parked vehicle at a residence. Family members found the boy unconscious with the windows and doors closed.
Police have not made any arrests and the autopsy results have not yet been released, as the investigation continues.
