Three arrests made after Friday raid

Guam - Authorities with the Guam police department's criminal investigation unit, SWAT, patrol, and alcohol, tobacco and firearms agents seized drug paraphernalia and several firearms Friday after conducting search warrants at three homes in Barrigada and Yigo. CID operations chief Lt. Scott Wade says three men were arrested in connection to an armed robbery at the New Nana's store in Agana Heights on September 8th.
28 year Balbino Leon Guerrero from Agafa Gumas, Yigo was arrested for robbery, terrorizing, aggravated assault, conspiracy, guilt established by complicity, 2 counts of illegal transfer of a firearm possession of a firearm without a firearms ID, 2 counts of possession of an unregistered firearm and possession of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony. 29 year old Dwayne San Nicolas from Barrigada was booked and confined on charges of robbery, conspiracy, possession of a firearm without a firearm ID, illegal transfer of a firearm, possession of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony and criminal mischief. 29 year old Dedrick Jonathan Aguon from Barrigada was arrested for criminal facilitation, conspiracy, guilt established by complicity, illegal transfer of firearms, and possession of a firearm without a firearms ID.
