Guam - The Department of Public Works advises all motorists that traffic lanes will be shifted at the Barrigada tri-intersection tomorrow. DPW states that Saturday, October 1stat 8am, eastbound traffic on route 8A by Happy mart will be shifted to its permanent configuration to the south side of the road. Motorists traveling westbound toward the intersection will also have right and left turn lanes.
