Guam - Synergy Studio will hold the grand opening for its third location tonight. Owner Clare Calvo tells KUAM News that Synergy Studio 3 is a different concept as instead of offering dance and yoga as the other two locations, it will offer more circuit training classes with weights, matts and treadmills for its "tread and shred" class.

The studio will kickoff its opening by offering two Synerdance Zumba parties. "Friday night will be a Synderdance Zumba extravaganza for our grand opening, we'll have a lot of prizes, giveaways and aside from two hours of fun sweaty dancing, we'll have refreshments and healthy snacks," she said.

Calvo adds there is open enrollment for GovGuam and SelectCare members and community classes a week on a donation basis. The Friday activities take place from 6 to 8 in the evening and Saturday's party will take place from 5 to 7 in the evening.

Synergy Studio 3 is located on the first floor of the Market Wholesale Building.
