GPD to work through weekend on move
The Guam Police Department may have to work through the weekend to complete the transition out of its current location its new headquarters in the former Guam Customs and Quarantine Agency facility.

Guam - The Guam Police Department may have to work through the weekend to complete the transition out of its current location its new headquarters in the former Guam Customs and Quarantine Agency facility. According to GPD Chief Fred Bordallo, while Records and ID along with other divisions will move there, Highway Patrol and Special Ops will be decentralized to other GPD facilities.
GPD has assured the airport it will be out of its current space by Saturday. In the meantime, the police department owes about $60,000 in back rent, which Bordallo says the Guam International Airport will eventually get.
