Guam - Federal authorities keep cracking down on those involved in illegal drug distribution on Guam.  An indictment was unsealed in the District Court today against James William Ada Pangelinan. He is charged with conspiracy to distribute crystal methamphetamine. 

Pangelinan was picked up on an arrest warrant and is waiting to appear before a judge in the District Court.
