Guam - The Guam Parole Board has 91 parolees that it will begin to hear tomorrow. The board lacked the required amount of members since February after the law changed the composition of the board. Department of Corrections spokesperson Lieutenant Antone Aguon says there are now six members on the after the governor made his appointments.

He says the board will also discuss if they have to hold more than one hearing a month to catch up, adding that parole violators who were released will also have to appear before the board. "Because we weren't able to get them before the board in 60 days, we let them out however they will be appearing before the board to answer to original charges and board can decide to continue or revoke parole so just, because we released them didn't mean they walk away from explaining violations to the board," Aguon said.

The hearing will be held tomorrow at 8:30 in the Parole Board Room in Hagatna.
