Guam - 16-year-old Kevin Liasiolagi, who faces manslaughter and vehicular and negligent homicide charges, was scheduled to appear in court today to find out when he will go to trial.  The teen is being held on $100,000 cash bail at DYA.

Liasiolagi was the driver of a Nissan Altima that crashed in Talofofo back in April, resulting in the death of Zachery Leonen. According to court documents, the teens had been drinking vodka when Liasiolagi, who didn't have a driver's license and was under the influence of alcohol, got behind the wheel, lost control and struck a concrete utility pole.

Details from today's hearing were not available from the Court Clerk's Office.
