Bill crafted to assist DOE

Guam - Senator Aline Yamashita is pushing to ensure the Guam Department of Education lives up to its vision with Bill 315. The Teaching & Learning Communities Act mandates that the education department continuously update a Ten-Year Capital Improvement Project Plan to ensure school communities are properly planned for with visionary leadership.

Yamashita hopes that the bill will help every student realize their full potential.
