Man arrested after getting teen pregnant

Guam - 23-year-old Timothy Joseph Rains was booked and confined for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl. The victim informed police Tuesday of her relationship with Rains in July 2010. The magistrate's complaint states the victim is currently pregnant. He was placed behind bars on charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct as a 1st degree felony.
