Rengil indicted for alleged rape

Guam - 53-year-old Christopher Rengil was indicted by a Superior court grand jury for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman known to him. According to court documents, the victim told police she returned home after celebrating her birthday with her family by drinking a few beers. She then awoke to find Rengil raping her. He faces charges of third degree criminal sexual conduct as a 2nd degree felony.
