Guam - International Bridge Corporation and Inter Bay Circle Marine, Inc. are being sued by a company in the Northern Mariana Islands.  Allied Marine Surveyors, Ltd. filed the lawsuit originally in Saipan for work they provided on several marine vessels.  The case was just transferred to the Guam District Court.

Allied Marine contends they provided work on various vessels in Guam, Saipan and several foreign ports between 2004 and 2008. Despite partial payments that were made, Allied Marine alleges that they have suffered a loss of profits, penalties on financial obligations and damage to its business reputation.  The defendants allegedly owe in excess of $300,000 for the work performed as well as interest.

Allied has asked the court to order IBC to pay what is owed along with attorney's fees and any damages proven at trial.
