Guam - The Guam Attorney General Office's Child Support Division conducted its first ever employer's symposium this week at the Guam Community College. Deputy AG Bobbie Cepeda says the theme of the event is "A Partnership That Works". She says it is very important that employer's learn how the child support system operates.

She said, "Employers really are a vital part of the child support program without them we wouldn't be successful, we need their assistance and cooperation like for example in reporting new hires so that we can locate people and enforce wage with holding orders."

Cepeda is hoping to host at least two child support - employer symposiums annually.
