Three indicted for Harmon triple-homicide
Guam - Three people have been indicted in connection to a triple-homicide that occurred on the weekend of September 10 and 11th. The murders are believed to be gang-related. Vimson Jay Menisio faces two counts of aggravated murder as a first degree felony and rioting, while Benny Sam Robert faces one count of aggravated murder and rioting.
Osupwang Jery Muritok was indicted on a single charge of rioting.
According to the indictment, Menisio is accused of murdering Rex Nanato and Michael Pucholong. Robert was also indicted for the murder of Pucholong. Puchulong is accused of murdering Alferson Muritok and stabbing another victim that remains at the Guam Memorial Hospital.
The three will be arraigned on September 28 at 1pm.
