Guam - Personal Finance Center and CAM-5 Real Estate officially announced plans for the new Camacho Landmark Center in Tamuning. The multi-million dollar project is located on Marine Corps Drive and Chalan San Antonio and consists of three separate LEED-sustainable designed buildings totaling 178,000-square feet.

The first phase of the project would construct a two-storey building that would permanently house and relocate PFC. The second phase will construct an additional two-story and four-story building that would be available for lease purposes to commercial tenants. PFC president and CEO Michael Camacho says the timing was right for the project due to the low interest rate environment, contractor availability and interest from the business community.
