Guam - Former Blue House Lounge owner Song Ja Cha will be sentenced in December.  The defense's request to continue the sentencing due to delays in the submission of the pre-sentence report was granted today by Judge Dean Pregerson.

Meanwhile, the judge is scheduled to hear the defense's motion for a new trial and the government's forfeiture request this Thursday.

Cha was convicted of sex trafficking by force, coercion and enticement to travel for prostitution and conspiracy.  The feds are seeking a money judgment of $292,000, which includes the forfeiture of $250,000 that authorities seized during a search warrant at the Blue House.
