Guam - After being acquitted of burglary charges just a few months ago, Raymond Tedtaotao is back behind bars. This time he was arrested on charges of attempted burglary, identity theft, theft of property, and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

The first charge stems from Tedtaotao's alleged attempt to break into a Harmon apartment by breaking the lock.  Police were able to determine Tedtaotao was responsible for the incident through fingerprints left at the scene. Earlier this month Tedtaotao allegedly ran into Engel's Appliance Store in Tamuning and took a worker's purse and fled out the backdoor.

According to court documents, Tedtaotao tried to use the woman's credit cards to buy cigarettes and he was able to spend $130 at a mom-and-pop store in Dededo.  Police were able to track him down by locating the car he had borrowed from a friend that was seen on the surveillance video from one of the stores he visited.
