Manager accused of lewd conduct with staffer

Guam - A manager at Hard Rock Cafe was arrested accused of getting too hands-on with an employee.  A woman told police that in June, her manager, Hiromichi Takamatsu, slapped her buttocks.  The women claims that when she pushed his hand away, Takamatsu allegedly unzipped her uniform top, exposing her breast. 

When interviewed, Takamatsu allegedly blamed his age and alcohol consumption on his inability to recall the incident.

He was arrested on a charge of 4th degree criminal sexual conduct.
