Hagatna construction begins this weekend

If you plan on traveling through Hagatna, starting tomorrow construction begins on the Route 7-A Roadway Rehabilitation and Safety Project from Route 4 near the Agana Shopping Center past the Agana Pool and Mayor's Office to Route 8.
