Guam - A man placed on life support after being stabbed in the head is now in stable condition at the Guam Memorial Hospital. According to the GMH nursing supervisor, Steven Muritok was taken off life support, and is stable. He is still admitted in the intensive care unit.

Muritok was involved in this past weekend's triple homicide in Harmon. Rex Nanoto, Alferson Muritok and Michael Pucholong were fatally stabbed after police say a riot broke out between two local gangs involved in underground fighting.

Four men and two teens were arrested following the incident, and Guam Police continue its investigation.
