Guam - At the start of next week, more than 50 bills could be making their way to the governor's desk pending whether they meet legislative muster. Lawmakers are scheduled to reconvene in session at two o'clock in the afternoon Monday to vote on 55 items including the nomination of Attorney James Canto II to serve as a Superior Court judge and several appointments to the Guam Parole Board, which hasn't been able to meet in months due to a lack of quorum.

Also up for a vote a resolution that would express the concerns of the Guam Legislature regarding the proposed redeployment of Guam-based Continental Micronesia flight attendants resulting from the recent merger of Continental and United Airlines.
