Man arrested for allegedly raping woman

Guam - 53-year-old Christopher Rengil was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman known to him. The woman told police she returned home from work and celebrated her birthday with family members by drinking a few beers. 

According to court documents, she went to sleep and awoke to find Rengil raping her. He was charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct.
