Guam - A disturbance call in Agana Heights led police to making a drug arrest.  A man reported to authorities that his relative came to the home yelling and breaking items in the garage.  When police arrived they found a glass pipe and plastic straw containing crystal methamphetamine.

Mark Shishido was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and admitted to police that the pipe was his but claimed he hadn't smoked in awhile and "it was an old pipe".
