Bank fraud case unsealed in federal court

A bank fraud case against a No Ka Oi employee was unsealed in the District Court today following the arrest of Gregory L. Brub.

Guam - A bank fraud case against a No Ka Oi employee was unsealed in the District Court today following the arrest of Gregory L. Brub.  According to court documents, while employed with the company, Brub had access to Our Lady of Peace Memorial Gardens, where he allegedly stole check stocks. 

Brub and un-indicted co-conspirator Ricky Naputi Borja are accused of forging Our Lady of Peace checks to obtain cash and merchandise totaling more than $3,800. Brub pleaded not guilty to bank fraud and conspiracy to commit bank fraud today and is scheduled to go to trial on November 8.
