Guam - The Department of Education is scheduled to enter contract negotiations with the Guam Federation of Teachers, despite having GFT representative Matt Rector removed from the Guam Education Board last month.
Negotiations are scheduled for Friday at 6:30pm in the DOE Conference Room in Hagatna.
