GTA has been certified by Great Place to Work for 2026, an award based entirely on employee feedback about their workplace experience. This year, 81% of GTA employees said it is a great place to work, 24 points higher than the average U.S. company.
Great Place to Work is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors that drive employee retention and innovation.
Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition, said the certification is earned solely through real-time employee feedback and reflects a strong, intentional company culture.
GTA President and CEO Roland Certeza said the recognition highlights a culture where employees take pride in their work and support one another.
Cora Yanger Bejado, Head of People Operations, added the certification reflects the trust employees place in the organization and GTA’s focus on support, collaboration, and professional development.
According to great place to work research, job seekers are more likely to find a great boss at a certified workplace, and employees are more likely to look forward to coming to work and feel they are treated fairly.
