Power outage planned for Ipan on Thursday
The Guam Power Authority has announced a power outage scheduled for six hours on Thursday from 9 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon.

By KUAM NewsGuam - The Guam Power Authority has announced a power outage scheduled for six hours on Thursday from 9 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon, affecting areas in the Ipan, Talofofo area including Tongan Resort, Padua Lane, Martin Court, Roberto Street and the Ipan Mobil service station.
Crews will be replacing rusty hardware on each of the fifteen 45' concrete poles and wooden poles.
