By KUAM NewsGuam - The Department of Public Health and Social Services received a $500,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Maternal and Child Health Bureau. The grant will help project Bisita I Familia, which is designed to plan, implement and sustain an effective evidence-based/home-visiting program for at-risk children and their families.
