Ebio sentenced for drug conviction

Guam - Richard Ebio was sentenced to 37 months with credit for time served and four years supervised release. He was convicted of selling drugs to an undercover Naval Criminal Investigative Service agent on several occasions and selling drugs at a church.

The crimes were committed last year.
