Adelup 10% pay cut to fund tax refunds

Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo & Lieutenant Governor Ray Tenorio have ordered their pay, and the pay of their senior staff, reduced by 10%. The savings generated from these cuts will be dedicated toward paying tax refunds.
