Miller selected to lead Public Defender's Office

Guam - The Public Defender Service Corporation board of trustees selected Eric Donn Miller as the new executive director. It will be his responsibility to provide effective legal assistance to those unable to afford private counsel. Prior to accepting the job, he served as the associate director for legal aid of East Tennessee, executive director of legal services in Upper East Tennessee, deputy director and staff attorney for the Guam Public Defender and a partner for Rothermel and Miller.
He is taking over the position left vacant by Attorney Mike Nisperos. Miller will assume responsibilities on August 29.
