Man arrested for rape and kidnapping

Guam - A 25-year-old man is behind bars for criminal sexual conduct and burglary charges. According to the magistrate's complaint Earl Cambiel Michael entered a Dededo residence and allegedly punched the victim threatening to stab her with a knife before carrying her out of the home. Court documents state the victim contacted a family member to pick her up at an unknown location. During police interviews, authorities learned that Michael also allegedly pushed another female victim onto the bed, choked her by the neck and started to have sexual intercourse with her. Court documents state he carried a machete and allegedly threatened the victim that if she tried to escape he would stab her. Documents go on to state after Michael learned of the complaint filed against him, he allegedly tied the second victim to a tree and began assaulting her. He was arrested and faces charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, burglary, and terrorizing.
