Guam - Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo celebrated National Community health center week. This week is dedicated to recognizing the service and contributions of community health centers providing access to high quality, cost-effective health care to medically vulnerable and underserved people. Bordallo states, "Guam continues to benefit from the passage of the Affordable Care Act and the assistance it provided to our community health centers and Medicaid patients. This federal assistance has allowed our island's Community Health Centers to greatly improve their services and expanded their facilities since 2010.  These health centers provide critical care to our underserved communities and help to alleviate the burden placed on Guam Memorial Hospital. I will continue my work in Congress to support community health centers and I look forward to the continued growth of health services for our community. "
