FHA providing road, construction safety training

Guam - The Federal Highway Administration along with the Guam Contractor's Association and the GCA Trades Academy wrapped a Safe Work Zone Traffic Control Training Course today. The training provides the contracting community and government agencies the skills needed to ensure safety for traffic control.
FHA registered professional engineer Greg Schertz, who is updating participants on the current requirements for temporary traffic control, and techniques for increasing safety in maintenance, utility, and construction work zone is conducting the training.
