Guam - The 2010 election is still making its way through the superior courts, but it's not the results being challenged. Former lieutenant governor Mike Cruz staffer Carlo Branch filed an election complaint against the Guam Election Commission, alleging they violated the Open Government Law and Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.

Branch's attorney, Frank Gumataotao, says the law is clear and has filed a motion for summary judgment, meaning he feels the complaint does not need to go through trial.

In court this week, the judge set hearing to discuss his motion for September 9 at 2pm.
