Police conducting DUI enforcement this weekend

Motorists are being warned that the Guam police department's highway patrol will be out this weekend conducting DUI checkpoints.

Guam - Motorists are being warned that the Guam police department's highway patrol will be out this weekend conducting DUI checkpoints. Police will begin enforcement this Friday from 6pm to Saturday morning at 6am.

Checkpoints will be set up along route 1 Marine Corps drive from the Naval station to Andersen Air Force base, as well as route 16 in Harmon to route 8 in Agana, route 4, route 10 and route 14 on San Vitores Road.

Motorists are advised to drive with caution, and urged to get a designated driver if you go out and drink.
