Carl Peterson named civilian aide

Guam - Local businessman Carl Peterson has been tapped as the newest civilian aide to the Secretary of the Army.  Selected by Army Secretary John McHugh, Peterson says the position allows him the opportunity to impact the quality of life of the military in Micronesia and their families.

CASAs, as they're known, are business or civic leaders who provide a vital link between the army and the communities for which they serve for two years.
