DOD on the clock to file motion to Trust suit

Guam - Saturday Guam time is the deadline for the Department of Defense to file its motion to dismiss a civil lawsuit lodged against them by the Guam Preservation Trust, the National Trust for Historic Preservation and We Are Guahan. Hawaii District Court Judge Leslie Kobayashi ordered the motion to dismiss be filed to address whether there is a final agency decision on the location of the live fire training range that is the center of the lawsuit.
The court has indicated that once the motion is submitted and set for hearing, a further scheduling conference will be held to address other deadlines in the case.
