Guam - The poor weather of late is causing delays in the completion of the asphalt paving at the new John F. Kennedy High School campus. International Bridge Corporation crews began paving the campus on Tuesday evening and had hoped to put down another layer today but were delayed because of the rain.

In the meantime collateral equipment is still being moved into the first two phases of the campus that are completed and things are still on track for next Saturday's ribbon cutting ceremony.
