Toxicology report pending for fatal cycle crash

Guam - The Guam Police Department's Highway Patrol Division is waiting on toxicology results on Joey Fernandez, who died when he was struck on Route 4 on July 11. Fernandez was riding his motorcycle when he collided with a Toyota Forerunner driven by Frances Chargulaf, who was exiting McDonald's at the time.
The investigation continues and police have yet to make any arrests or issue any citations.
