GCC asking public to come forward

Guam - While the Guam International Airport Authority is withholding details on the investigation surrounding the alleged attack of Guam Community College student Jimmy Lomibao by airport officers during the triennial exercise, the Guam community is still looking for anyone who may have photos or video of the incident. According to GCC Communications Director Jayne Flores, Lomibao is hoping to use any evidence to support the criminal complaint he filed with GPD.
Airport management said use of force the officers performed was consistent with their training. However, Flores says GCC staff on scene disagree. "One of our nursing instructors who was on the scene was saying the thing that's suspicious about this whole thing was that the police officers came in, rushed in, roughed Jimmy up - beat him up and then they just left so there is something wrong with that picture," she said.
Lomibao was treated for a broken nose, broken clavicle and several bruises. Guam Police continue to investigate the complaint.
