Guam - More than a dozen people were disqualified from public assistance after intentionally violating rules under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program. According to Public Health, eight individuals were disqualified for failing to timely report employment and/or income, while another failed to report a drug conviction and five failed to report their household size properly.

Only one was a repeat violator resulting in a two-year suspension from the program, while the other 13 were disqualified for 12 months because it was their first violation.
