Guam - The parents of a 14-month-old girl who died last Saturday are being held on $100,000 cash bail, and being charged with manslaughter and child abuse.

Prosecuting attorneys allege that Ray Anthony Hocog and Mary Pereira Rojas allowed their toddler daughter to starve to death.
